ebookers - One of the world’s largest travel companies with brands in over 50 markets worldwide for one of its pan-European brands, which has presence in over 10 markets in Europe.
The challenge was to automate a multi-step channel partner process without reducing its flexibility while also reducing turnaround times for critical SLAs.
The solution used a detailed process flow with various links with other business processes identified.

envigo worked directly with all stakeholders: Operations, Finance, Customer Support, Technology through an Account Manager. The development team used Laravel, a PHP framework, which supports template inheritance and use of Symfony components for developing this application.
The application required integration with Docusign and with the clients’ sales tracking XML to track partner sales. The solution supports multiple languages, currencies and can integrate with multiple sales tracking software. The client for 5 markets, 3 languages and multiple affiliate network software is now using this application.
Automation resulted in cost savings of around £ 125K per market per year. The client expects an increase in partner acquisition because the time taken to release payments from 50 days to 3 days. The client expects an increase in sales from the partner channel activity because of faster turnaround times, instant communication and better engagement with channel partners.
