Job Responsibility

Stakeholder Management

  • Provide updates of the project and provide assistance in the project plan to Team Leader
  • Understand and document requirements.

Service Management

  • Participate in planning resources, project schedule, and release schedule.
  • Responsible for developing/maintaining software and assisting in planning high-level architecture

Service Tracking

  • Ensure adherence to software requirements including client security and compliance needs
  • Follow up with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to defined processes (like creating JIRA issues, git, creating knowledge articles/blogs)
  • Ensure schedule adherence for release requests and notify stakeholders in case of deviations

People Management

  • Continually assess skill level and provide intervention assistance.
  • Provide inputs for learning plans.
  • Provide inputs for appraisal rating, promotion recommendations and rewards and recognition.
  • Evaluate candidates during the lateral hiring process.

Technical Skills

  • Mandatory knowledge of Core PHP and Mysql
  • Hands on Wordpress, Magento, Joomla and other CMS, frameworks like Laravel, CakePHP
  • Expert in logical API and third party integration
  • Good knowledge in CSS, Javascript, AJAX, HTML, XHTML, XML
  • Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
  • Experience with GIT
  • Experience with Server Management (Linux)
  • Experience with Web Servers (Apache, Nginx)
