Social Media Manager

Envigo is looking for a driven Social Media Manager to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users. The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic, and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. 

Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Shift timing: 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm (Sat & Sun fixed off)

Location: WFO (Hybrid)

Qualification: Min. Graduate from any communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, Advertising, or Public Relations 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience in managing social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms

  • Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms

  • Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on client sites, and encourages audience participation

  • Assists social media management with large projects, events, and community management

  • Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns

  • Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects

  • Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content

  • Works with social media team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy

  • Manages social media communications

  • Development, execution, community management, reporting, insights & recommendations

  • Uses timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits

  • Owns Envigo’s social media channels and maximizes the presence across all relevant social media platforms


  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in managing social media channels and campaigns

  • Proficient in all mainstream social media channels (ie. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, etc.) and user dynamics on these channels

  • Good understanding of online culture

  • Creative thinking and solution capabilities

  • Able to speak and write fluently in English

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

  • Create engaging, creative social media campaign strategies with eye-catchy taglines and content.
